I asked this in a previous thread I started but it was in a response post so may have been missed. My husband is filing 13 in WI. He has 3 sons in MS and he sends the court ordered support directly to the boys mother. The judge in MS said they do not withhold child support from a paycheck unless the payor is in arrears, which my husband never has been. How will this be handled? Will he still continue to send the support directly or will it go through the bankruptcy and the support payment will be included in the 13 payment to the trustee? Thank you for your help.
