    You're in Missouri, right??

Missouri is a Deed Holder state. If you don't have a current copy, you can order one from the Court House in your county.

We have our deed, from when we originally purchased the house, but it's not current. We refi'd and we changed Lenders. But we have current Title work showing a clean Title. So I don't know if the attny will need a new Deed or not.
