We pulled our credit report today and saw that one of our creditor reads as a "charge-off". Since we were only 30-days late by the time we filed, we believe this was done after we filed bk.
Now on 2 credit reports, it shows up as a charge-off. This creditor was included in our bk and has filed a claim so we do not understand why the credit report shows it as a charge-off. All the other creditors are marked as included in the bk.
Should we dispute this to show it is part of the bk instead of a charge-off?
