Cashing out a supplemental retirement plan.....

We may have the option, in a few months, to cash out a supplemental retirement plan that is being eliminated as an employment "perk". Can anyone advise on how, or if, that would affect our ch 13 plan (we are about 15 months into a 36 month plan).

My guess is, you would have the option to roll it over into an IRA, that would be the best thing to do.
