    still concerned about this

I've posted about this before, but am still a little concerned. Just after my husband and I filed, he got a promotion with a substantial (more than 10%) raise. I know that we will have to produce tax returns every year in a Ch.13 and am OK with that. I did tell our attorney immediately after I found out about the raise. I know not to put the $$$ in savings, but I want to be completely above board. Our house needs some repairs, my husband is facing surgery, etc.

We're doing the envelope system and "hole in the yard" savings system.

I'm probably worried for nothing--I tend to do that!

    Thanks everyone.

Jane, if you can't sleep at night worried your going to get caught, then just report it. You said a substantial raise, so yes, they will want a part of it.

As long as you have reported it, I wouldnt worry. They may raise your payment, or they may not. But by reporting it you have lived up to your responsibility.

Yes, I did report it immediately to my attorney and have documentation that I did so.

Thats all that is required of you is too report it..... make sure you document what you report to your attorney, etc and when......
After that just wait a while and see if they make a change in your payment plan.... they could or may not....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
