No, if you have filed, it should show up on Pacer. I had my case no and everything 3 days before I got the information in the mail.

Pacer can be addicting though, it charges you by the page, 8 cents a page, and some of them there are alot of pages. Don't go overboard on pulling things up, it could cost you alot of money.

I dont' think that you are actually "discharged" from a chapter 13 until all payments into the plan are made. I don't believe the confirmation of the plan hearing actually gives you a discharge. Anybody know?

Thats right, no discharge in a 13 till all payments made and case is audited and closed. As an example, our plan was paid off and in the trustees hands
on 2/28, money sat there till 3/31 when it was disbursed to the creditors,
the NDC site states case closed 4/5/06, but pacer shows nothing except
an active case. So, I think it will be a while before we get a d/c.

Don't you just love how the Court keeps you dangling like that??

You'd think they'd realize you cannot move forward with your life until that "ceremonial" Discharged and Closed is posted.

Sounds rather sadistic to me how Trustees love to torture people by making them wait and wait and wait like that.

But should we expect anything different from people who make money off other people's misery??!!

I know--and to make it worse, after they disbursed the money to the creditors, they still owe us almost $2000. The NDC site shows that money just sitting there still.

Maybe I will have to call them and beg for it? LOL
