Yes. Had to schedule appt. Wait a week and then after 5 min. told us to keep paying, send in new check stubs and then he would see if anything could be done. But our guy is also the guy that after having our info called and told us that we had to agree to give up our house 3 days before 341 meeting. After he had already been paid and filed. SO dont have a lot of trust in what he says.

Good grief...I know it would be a pain, but would you think you all may need a new atty? OR is there ANY way to reduce the payments/mo??
