I filed a chap 13 alone not with my husband. We file our taxes as married. Do I send the trustee only my part of the refund. Will they want his part?

question for your lawyer perhaps? Typically from what I understand, if required to submit refunds and only 1 filer, yes it would be half - but again YMMV

Does your trustee require you to send in your income tax refund? You do not have to unless it is stipulated in your Chapter 13 plan confirmation document.
