    Im assuming this is good

    Pacer shows that our motion to value collateral (for our 2nd mortgage) was unopposed and the judge ruled that the secured portion is 0. Woohoo, now just waiting for confirmation which was also supposed to happen yesterday but I haven't seen anything posted on the ruling yet. Im thinking that might not be such great news .
