341 Meeting Today now What ?
I had 341 meeting tody I think it went pretty well. Was asked the normal questions. I am filing by myself but am married hubby not filing with me . Was asked it he had property and I told them yes and how much land and where. But my question is now what happens ? was told my hearing date. I got a objection from a creditor but they were not at the meeting today. Will they show at hearing? Is this normal that they dnt show up for 341 meeting bt do at hearing ? If they didnt bother to show today will they then. I think they just wanted more money out of th plan.

If by hearing you are talking about your confirmation hearing, then you can relax. Creditors don't show up to them, and most often, you don't have to. (Check with your attorney on this) The objection your creditor has/had will be dealt with prior to confirmation.Filed Chapter 13 02/2006 - Confirmed 05/2006 - Discharged 09/2011

I was looking on the pacer thing this morning and this is what it says about the 341 meeting that took place yesterday any idea what no exceptions mean?
