    Please advise...

I posted this a few weeks ago and got very good answers from this forum, but I want to ask an updated verision of my initial question. It is possible that I will have a mitliary deployment on Jan 2007 (for aprox 4 months). This means, no income from my current employer, I would have to mail the payments to the trustee and we're talking about a possible income of $5k a month (vs my current $2600 - not including my wife's income). Per my lawyer, he said this should be ok, our plan is confirmed, there is nothing to worry about. We would then by on month 14 of 36 of our 13 plan. But I'm afraid that once the Trustee sees our tax returns the year after (even though this $ will be tax free because it is an overseas deployment) he might want that money (and by then, some of it might be gone). We plan on having another child and this sounds like a good opportunity as we would have some disposable income for some of main things (plus first few months of day care). What will happen? And what will happen if we get pregnant (whether or not we count on this additional money)? Will our plan be modified? I don't think $800 extra a month (on child care) will make the Trustee happy and we don't want to convert to a 7 and lose our house (too much equity). We are on birth control, but accidents happen (that's how child #1 happened). Any ideas?

I realize this is too lenghty, but please advise if you have any thoughts on this........ THX.
