you would need to seek permission from the trustee AND find a lender willing to lend it to you. gina, if you need a personal loan then perhaps you also need to talk with your attorney about amending your plan. If this is a one time occurrence (needing more than you have for the month) then try to make cuts elsewhere. If you are continually struggling to make basic ends meet then talk to your attorney.
