Does anybody use the Chapter 13 National Data Center?

I'm probably putting the cart before the horse, but it seem like it is taking forever for them to update information. Maybe no one is filing claims, I don't know, but I would assume they would be? The payment I sent them last week, check already cleared, still nothing.

I am just cursious if anybody else uses this web site?

Yes, I have used it, and its up to the trustee to update it. There can definitely be a lag time in updating. I am sure it will eventually show everything for you.

I also use NDC. It's good info to have, and it will (eventually) show your debts being paid down. It just takes them forever to update for some reason. But you have to remember that if anyone at the Trustee's office had actual job skills, they wouldn't be working there. Don't get me wrong, I think it's nice that the government gives back to the community by hiring retards, but DAMN.

Guess its better they hire the mentally challeneged rather than illegal alliens. My information showed up today. I was getting worried that perhaps I had put something wrong on the check, like wrong bk number or something. Getting paranoid. 7 days to 341 meeting. I have 4 creditor claims now, wonder what is taking the others so long to submit there claims?

I've brought it up here before, The NDC website is useful if and when the info is accurate. And updated. I've been in ch13 for a year and it's still not updated with the right info for my case, much less what we've paid in and what they have paid out and who filed a claim and who didn't. Your better off not even looking at it in my opinion.
I pay attention to the info the trustee's office sends us every couple of months, telling us how much they've paid out and who's getting what, that's good enough for me.
If something comes up on your case, don't worry, your lawyer or trustee will let you know!
