Past Credit Card Statements

For specific tax reasons, I need some credit card statements from 2011. The problem is I am paperless. So my online accounts were locked out and I can't re-print them.

I already filed Chapter 13 (hence locked out online accounts). I called the credit card and they said since I am filing chapter 13 then they can't give me access or send me previous statements. Is this true?

I mean i'm still submitting it on taxes and I guess I'll let the government get them in case of audit, but still that seemed weird that I couldn't get my past statements on my credit cards after filing.

Contact your attorney and see if they can give you advice. They are still working for you.

I did. He just said different CC have different rules on what information they give access too after filing Chapter 13. I just figured there might be more explanation on it.
