    chapter 13 converted to a7 question

    how long does it take to convert and have it dicharged?

    For a regular Ch 7 you'd have to wait 20-40 days for the 341 meeting and then 60 days for discharge. Not sure how long it takes if you're converting from one to the other.

    Have you had a 341 meeting where they told you to convert? Or are you in a repayment plan and have circumstances that are leading you to a Ch 7 now?

      i'm currently in a 13 but need to convert due to job relocation,been in a 13 about year and a half.
