    Finally...

    After 5+ years our chapter 13 was discharged today!!! It has been a long time coming and I feel like I'm on top of the world!

    I'd like to thank all of the posters here for sharing all that you have. I found this website pretty late in my 13, but it has been a valuable resource and support system. Good luck to everyone out there still awaiting discharge, it's a great day when it finally arrives!

                Congrats to you! We're in the final audit process of our discharge and it should be any day now. However, we're due a refund from our trustee and we haven't received that check yet and our lawyer said it too has to clear their bank before we're discharged. Gonna call on it tommorrow...Again...congrats to you!
