I was curious of possible time line for dismissal from chap 13.

I have payed all payments, it's been two months since I paid my last payment..., received refund, case says closed on 13nationaldatabase... i am just getting a little excited about getting my dismissal notice and be free from all this.. never to repeat it..

You do not want a dismissal notice. You want a discharge notice. Big difference. It usually takes about 90 days after the final payment to get the official discharge notice from the BK court.

It feels great but then again I am about to climb the walls. I already have an approval for a home loan but have to have my discharge.. sorry typed the wrong thing... I also have a house and the owner is holding it for me till I get the loan. I don't want to loose this house having to wait to long for the discharge. ...
