BK 13 and Walking away quick question.

To all,

Just want to clarify so as to not misinterpret this.

In a bk 13 and walking away/ surrendering home due to lower income. Does this mean if whether or not we convert successfully we have to leave the home sooner because we are Surrendering it? or can we stay until they kick us out like a traditional forclosure. Thanks all!!!

Wait for them to forclose. I surrendered a vehicle when I filed, and drove it for another 10 months until they came for it.
