I am stuck with a Included in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy/Never late on my mortgage. While it has never been late, and is paid outside the plan, they are technically correct.
But would it still be listed in the negative portion of the credit report?

I'm still confused about this. I reaffirmed my car, but on the credit report it says "Discharged through Bankruptcy Chapter 7" and further down it says "Debt included in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy." Is this how it's supposed to read? I thought since I kept it and reaffirmed it wouldn't say "discharged."
