I can't speak regarding Chapter13 trustees, but like jange said, Chapter7 cases have multiple trustees, and it is random luck of the draw which one gets assigned to you.
Certainly there must be more than one Ch13 trustee per district. After all, what happens when one want to retire in the midst of someone's case? There must be provisions for that, I would think....."To go bravely forward is to invite a miracle."

I don't know if we have more than one trustee in our area. I can just say that my atty knew right off the bat who our trustee would be and he used language that indicated there was only the one trustee.Filed Ch 13 Feb 9, 2012, 341 meeting Mar 15, 2012, Confirmed Apr 5, 2012

AC , you would think there would be more than one trustee for ch13, but at least in PA there is not. I clearly remember my 341 meeting and while there were several rooms with the 341 meetings going on, but only 1 named trustee, I assume the rest just work for him. Of course that is who we had our meeting with and the same person we write out mo's out to every month.Originally posted by AngelinaCat View PostCertainly there must be more than one Ch13 trustee per district.
