$100.00 per month is not unheard of, but anymore, that is a tad low. It somewhat depends on the amount of the no-look chapter 13 attorney being rolled into the plan. But courts and trustees are a little leery of attorney fee only chapter 13's. The lowest I have seen in recent times is about $125.00, but I have seen plans propose sub-$100 per month.
There could be many reasons to do a chapter 13 when a 7 is arguably available...keep non-dischargeable debt at bay (e.g. student loans), potentially some at risk assets, the big one--ineligible for chapter 7 due to a prior chapter 7 in the last 8 years.
