I need to file a Response to Objection to Claim. Can anyone point out a sample I could use?
I've spent the past 2 hours combing PACER. Found plenty of Objections but no Responses. I'm sure I could write the document if I could look at an example.
Background on how I got to this point:
Ex-husband filed for Chapter 13 while owing a substantial amount of past-due child support. I filed Proof of Claim and attached the payment history from our county child support. Ex paid about half of what he owed. Now his attorney has filed Objection to Claim asserting that he is now current.
Well, he is not current and county records will easily show this, but how do I file a proper Response?
