        If your attorney suggests that you re-file your case after dismissal, that would be the only proper thing to do. However, the "math is just not working" sounds like a lot of mumbo-jumbo to me. Mathematics is the very epitome of precision - there must be a specific factor in the equation that is causing the imbalance. You are owed an explanation.
        The only downside to re-filing as opposed to plan modification is the amount of time you must spend in Chapter 13.
