Adding old collection accounts after confirmation?

I just checked my credit report and found two old medical collections accounts that had been added since I filed bk. I have been avoiding the old credit report for the last year or so....

I filed 6/2005 and have two medical accounts that have been sent to collection since then. Plan was confirmed on 5/2006. The services happened before I filed, can I still add them to my bk? Wanted to check here before I talked to my lawyer...

Now that's one advantage to the New Law. Attnys are requiring us to pull our Credit Reports prior to filing. So they can make sure we've listed every Creditor.

In a Ch 7, you can add Creditors anytime during the 90 day period after filing. There's a fee to do so, but you can add them. Not sure about adding Creditors to an active Ch 13 payment plan. Especially a year after filing.

Better ask your attny about this one.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007
