We received a "stipulated order confirming chapter 13 plan," from the trustee. He asked us to sign it and send back to him for his signature. We did. The order shows up as filed on Pacer and the date is as of October 28, 2013 effective the date it was filed. It's taken 16 months to get this far.
Does this mean the plan is now confirmed?
Does anything have to be filed by the bankruptcy judge?
One last question the order says "Property of the estate vests with debtors herewith." Does this mean we still have to have the court approve the sale of our house?
