HSBC Auto Files Motion to Deny Confirmation

Oh no!

They say the car is worth less than my attorney says it is worth.

What happens now? I haven't called my attorney -- just found this out from Pacer.

Hearing on Confirmation of Plan is June 20.

Anybody have this happen to them? What's the usual outcome....I'm worried.
