Filed November-341 December-Confirmation February.. Last week got packet in mail from attorney with modification packet from WF...didn't return it as received it 2 days after WF due date and it was for HAMP and I woont qualify as my payment is too low.Today received a letter from attorney with a WF notification that they received my mod documentation and are reviewing it....WTH!!!!! I have both a first and Heloc with them and plan on talking with them.Does anyone have any experience with them?? My 1st is an ARM that has actually been a help as when it first adjusted my payment dropped $250. My heloc is a nighmare-payment basically covers interest.Neither are underwater so no lein strip here.I'd like to get a mod where interest is set and lowers Heloc interest. Any thoughts or suggestions? I'm in Iowa-BK 13. Definitely plan to keep home
