Add SSDI overpayment to CH 13

Hello,

I am in the 4th year of a 5 year plan

I filed in June 2010

Fast Forward:

I receive a letter from SSDI on February 25, 2014, stating they overpaid me for time frame June 2009- Dec 2009.

I did not add the SSDI at time of BK filing, as I was trying to get SSDI and had not been approved prior to BK filing in June 2010, I received approval for SSDI in May 2011.

Received a lump sum in May 2011.

Since the time frame for the overpayment is within my BK time frame, does it matter that they did not pay me till May 2011?

Since the overpayment time frame is in the BK range of other creditors, can I add SSDI this late in the process?

I live in Florida.

What is the process for the adding of a creditor this late and is there special process for adding a government agency?

Is there a means test?
