I was just discharged from my Chapter 13. I pulled Experian and Trans Union (Equifax has to mail my report) and my PRIMARY mortgage says "discharged in Chapter 13". I'm sure that has to be a mistake.

I bet you're in the same boat as I am. My mortgage didn't show up at all on mine. My lender said that they do not report during the case, but after discharge will begin reporting again. My wife also has a mortgage on a rental house (we both owned homes before getting married and decided to keep both) and that mortgage is also not on her report.Chapter 13 - 100% Payback - Filed 2/2010 - Discharged 4/2014Comment
