We only had to show a copy of our giving from our church and the trustee asked us if we had always given this way or did we just give haphazardly. He allowed what we said we gave.

15% of income (I don't know if that is gross or net). But, you have to prove a history of it I'm told, in other words, they won't accept you just getting religious when you submit your plan.

Up to 15%--there's some big case law on it dealing with the Mormon church.
