Good news received our refund check from trustee for overpayment!! How much longer until final discharge? I have a call into the atty. Data 13 shows it complete, PACER has it as waiting for Trustee final audit. Hopefully it will be soon.

Congrats. I received a check on Friday for overpayment but they will need to send a second one. My wage order was sent too late
and my company withheld another payment so they owe me that one too. Hope I get it soon to throw it in the savings account.Comment

Be patient. It will come. After our case was done we received a check for overpayment and then two more after the trustee's final audit. One more deduction was taken after the wage order was cancelled. Still waiting on the final closing.Filed July 2009. Discharged 08/08/2014. Awaiting closing. We made it !!!!
