Wells Fargo Charged Off HELOC

I knew this year was starting off way to good for me. We just found out that WF charged off our HELOC. We fell behind on our payments during our 13 but worked hard to catch up. The only reason was because of my job loss and husbands surgery. In the last few months we paid over $1300 to catch up. We had heard nothing from them after our discharge but continued to make our interest only payments. I called today only to find out that they had charged off the balance. I am not sure what this means or even what to do now. They did take my payment over the phone. After completing the 13 I do not want to lose this house.
