I've gotten the contract on my house, for the price I was asking. Apprasal came through at the right price and there's just a few items to fix after the home inspection. My BK lawyer says that there's enough to pay everything and we just need to wait the 20 days the 'request to sell' has to be 'out there' before we go ahead with closing. My main question is, should the 'request to sell' show up on Pacer? I've been checking since he said it would be filed and haven't seen it yet. I am so looking forward to this being over, Sept 13 closing, scheduled. I'll keep you posted.
