Made it past the 60 days!!!!

Today is day 62. No filings since 10/16. I guess I am just waiting for the panel trustee to decide what he is going to do and await discharge. Panel trustee has not put in a no distribution of assets decision, but he typically seems to put that in the same day he discharges. I am so relieved

Is that common for them to not enter anything - I had my 341 meeting on 10.27.16 and it still says - meeting held with the trustees name - the status says
awaiting discharge - 7 days - meeting held.
Will this change or will it stay at meeting held until the final discharge?

I think it is normal. The trustee should have put in 341 meeting minutes or something like that, but maybe not always. Then whenever they get around to entering it as a non-distribution of assets (which can happen soon after the 341 or right at discharge), that will help. My trustee has yet to determine if he is declaring me a no asset or if he will decide to take a refund of $1,800 I had from something I received after filing. If he does decide to sit on it, he can keep me open and also wait for my tax refund and then open a claims thing for creditors to get some small amount of money. I SHOULD discharge regardless, but it hasn't happened yet. This normally doesn't seem to happen. most people get the notice of non-distribution of assets before the 60 days, and discharge and close right after.
