I am surrendering 2 homes during my BK, I found a buyer for one of them and need to file a motion to sell the property during bk. My lawyer has ignored my calls for 3 weeks. I called the court and they told me to contact the trustee, was this a good idea? He too hasn't returned my call. There is no equity in the property and there may be negative equity after the sale. I'm trying to satisfy this dept because it's a VA home loan and I would like to some day purchase another house on this program.
