    Trustee reports no distribution

Good morning everyone! Well, I finally broke down this morning and tried to figure out pacer. The only thing that I could find really was that on 9/14 the trustee entered something that said "trustee report of no distribution". I am assuming that this is a real good thing. What should I be expecting now? How do I figure out if anyone has objected or if there are problems?

I just want all of this to be over with. My husband and I are waaaay below the median if that helps at all.

    Thanks

The Trustee overseeing your case is saying he/she found no assets to sieze. Nothing to distribute to Creditors.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007

yah, that means he wont keep my tax returns!! woo-hoo!!

This doesnt by any chance mean that he has no objections either does it? How long would he post something about that? From what I have read recently on here, creditors cant object to anything because we are under the median income, but how soon should I find out if the trustee is objecting to anything?

Thanks so much, it is going to be a wonderful day

You might actually be pretty much done. At the end of the Trustee's statement of No Assets, did he say something to the effect of:

"Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office."

If there's a statement like that there, then your case is pretty much done, except the waiting out the 60 days post 341.

If you have a PACER User ID and password, you can log in.

Then use PACER Links to get to the Courts. Select your BK Court and do a Query using your SSN or your Case Number. Then you can look at the History/Documents of your filing. That's where you'll find the Trustee's report.

Ok, thanks. I just checked it out. No, there isnt anything saying that he wants to be discharged. I wasnt able to open the actual report though. SHould I be concerned that he did not ask for it to be discharged?

Also, he entered that on 9/14, 3 days after our 341. Does that mean anything?
              Thanks for the help

Probably the report hasn't actually been filed electronically. Sometimes posting on PACER runs ahead of the actual docs being entered.

There's a little blue button and a underlined number by each entry. If the number didn't work, sometimes the button does. The button is a "standard" response box that pops up. The response box says basically the same thing your report will say. Except your report has your name and such and is signed by your Trustee or Judge.

Its there!! Thanks so much. The blue button worked. It does say that the trustee has asked for the case to be discharged. Oh my gosh!! I am so happy. Wow, I really needed some good news after what happened with my cousing. I wish I would have checked pacer soon. He posted that on 9/14, I just cant believe he asked for the case to be discharged that soon. Wow!! I am assuming then he will not object to any of the expenses or income or anything. Please tell me I am right. This just seems to good to be true.
