Many details to this. But, I argue "loss of future earnings" here. I have been totally transparent in all of this, so I am not worried, but I don't want to lose money that is legally mine. I got screwed by this unethical employer, after all. And the exemption in my state looks clear to me. I hope the trustee does the right thing, because if they don't I might get more money for them not following the state law, by suing.
