    Did you file with your dh/dw or alone?

    One lawyer told us that dh could file w/o me because my name is not on the cards(I did help rack them up though)
    Would this be a good idea for the future if we were to one day need to move could I be the primary on a mortgage without an income(stay at home mom)Just tossing ideas out there!Thanks

    If your name is not needed on the bk I would let only one of your file for bankruptcy........ and protect the others credit..... for future.

      Mea2 ,If your name is not on those credit cards then your hubby will definitely have to be the one to file.You can't file BK on someone elses cards.
