    Is this positive?

Discharged 3/1/06, finally the trustee filed a no-distribution report and asked for his discharge as trustee. Next PACER entry is:
"Order that this case is not subject to dismissal under 521(i)(1".

Does this mean our case is finally closed?

No. Sorry. (But it looks as if it won't be too long now.)

    Brett .

Congratulations! You're so close it's ridiculous - now it's literally just paperwork.

I, too, am in Georgia. And I, too, am still waiting patiently, day by day, for what I hope will be the very same Trustee's No Distribution Report. I am old law, discharged 3/10/06.

Mind if I ask what date your 341 was on? Was there anything in particular the trustee was investigating?

Thanks and congrats!! Take a deep breath

I filed 10/13 and my 341 was on Nov. 28. The trustee was interested in a potential lawsuit we referenced but later decided not to pursue. We stated in writing to him in January...our attny thought that's what has kept it from closing - I suspect it was just case load, but hey - just glad it's almost over!

        Thanks
