    mobile home value quote

Ok, tomorrow i plan on filing my pro se. I have entered my homestead as 5000.00. I have a 1990 fleetwood mobile home. I have come to the conclusion that if the trustee decides to take this, which took me 15 years to pay off. The quote that i had recved and i listed mobile home in fair condition. The moved for resale would be 5818.00
    How safe am I?

As long as you have documentation of that quote, you should be alright. How much did you pay for it initially?

i pd 19.95 for the quote. It listed the retail value, consignment value, and the wholesale value and the moved for resale value, in which i am renting lot, os it would have to be moved. thanks

I love how we get nickled and dimed to death whilst trying to prove we are broke!

Sounds fair to me. While you might not really have to move it to sell, the person buying may want it moved to another location. So your line of reasoning certainly seems sound.

          Google "1990 Fleetwood"

You'll come up with some on ebay, Craigslist, and other places. You're estimate seems to be in synch.

I checked at nada.com just recently. I thought they charged a fee for a solid valuation.

Do you own a home also, or just the RV?
