After several long months and many visits and phone calls dh picked up the papers yesterday for us to sign. Of course there were a few mistakes they have to correct. I was so worried we might be pushed into a ch13 because on rough draft looks like we have about $300 extra a month. But with them putting in all the allowable expenses we come out with $19!! We are reaffirming the car which is upside down on the loan. Other than that its all CC debt. So hopefully we will be discharged around the end of the year.
