    Trustee's Report

Well, I have my 341 meeting tomorrow morning and I just checked Pacer to see what activity has been made on my case. Well, the trustee filed a Report of No Assets on 10/4/06 and then withdrew it on 10/11/06. Is this usual or does the trustee file this report after the 341 meeting? I no there are no assets for the creditors but I think that it is odd for the trustee to file this report and then withdraw it.

    Filed: September 25, 2006
    341 Meeting: October 18, 2006
Last Day for Objections: December 18, 2006
    Discharged: ???

Typically that report comes after the 341 meeting, the trustee may have simply made a mistake. In some courts, the clerk may enter an Asset or No Asset designation, but the Trustee Report is typically filed after the 341.

Yep! The Trustee's report get's filed after the 341. Unless you're like us and the Trustee wants to see next year's taxes.

Evidently that's why we don't have a Trustee's report. Everyone else that had their 341 the same day as, except one other Lady, all have the "No Distribution of Assets" report already posted. The Trustee wants to see both ours and that Lady's taxes next Spring. Neither one of us got a Trustee's report.
