    What a long road this has been! What a GREAT place this board is! So many thanks to share with those who've helped and questioned....Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! Pardon me ya'll, I'm gonna go take my new Hooters card and go buy myself a burger and a beer!

              Quoting a line from one of my favorite movies...."Now THAT is (was!) a tasty burger..."

              The smile and cute wink from the waitress when I handed over my owl card - PRICELESS!

              I was concerned why it took over six months for the trustee to turn in the no-distro report, and another three weeks for the court to enter the closure - just one more bit of stress related to the bk. But, in retrospect - would do it over again. I sent two letters last week directly to creditors asking "what is it about me providing you a chapter 7 case number and my attorney's name/nbr that you don't get? Send me ONE more notice, damnit and we'll see you in court." Having the upper hand for a change feels good!

              Now then - I'm 20 points away from 700 and have found discrepancies between my reports and DW's - one agency reports a joint collection for her as 'paid - $0 balance' yet same one for me shows collection unpaid. Both reported by the same bureau - EQ. This oughtta be fun!
