Credit Card Companies Reporting Late Payments After Filing?

My wife and I are only a couple of weeks away from being discharged. We noticed on our recent credit reports that a number of credit card companies are reporting 30, 60 days late. We were never late on any payments before we filled. We thought that they can not report us being late after our filing date. Also another problem, on one of credit cards we listed in our bankruptcy had our son listed as an additional card user on our account with us being the primary account holder. He ran his credit report the other day only to find out that the credit card company is showing that card being late (all though the card was in good standing before we filled with no late payments) and even though he has nothing to do with our bankruptcy or ever being responsible for that account. Our question is, seeing that we are only a couple weeks away from being discharged should we wait until discharge and then do battle with those credit card companies and reporting bureaus to fix our reports as well as having our son to have them remove that derogatory entry from his credit report to report accurately?

I would wait until you're debts are discharged. Then you can start disputing. Here is a link that discusses what you can do and how to's.
    Bankruptcy History:
    Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
    Discharged - 02/16/2006
    Case Closed - 11/08/2007

Yes alot of my cc's are also showing 30 and 60 days late and I paid them right up to the day I filed. They are definitely reporting wrong but like Bassboy suggested I'm going to wait until after I'm discharged and closed then I'll dispute all of them that are reporting incorrectly.
