Car lease question

My lease is up on my car 4/07. I am not filing my BK until mid-end Dec 06.
So if all goes right I should be discharged right around April. I'm scared I will not be approved for a new lease at that time.
I am being solicited now that I can get a good lease price on 2006 models that are left in inventory. (stay at same monthly pmt as now)
Should I take a new lease now or wait. I planed on reaffirming the lease anyway.??

If you can get a lease with very little due upfront, you should probably do it now. Your odds of being able to lease after a BK will be slim.

However, how is your credit now, just because you are getting offers doesn't mean you will get approved when they run your credit.

What is pushing you toward BK.
