refund spent?

IF my tax refund is recieved and spent prior to filing will it be an issue?
I cant believe they'd ask me to Reimburse the trustee money I spent be fore I filed for 7..

Just make sure that you have paid bills or your Atty. or living expenses with it. The important thing is not to have money in the bank when you file. pay all your bills that week, make sure the checks clear. Do not make large cash withdrawals. You should be ok as far your refund.
