Hi, I'm in the process of filing chapter 7 have a meeting set. But Monday I got a summons from one of my credit cards. Isn't that illegal for them to do so, to contact or sue me after I have filed? I took the papers to my lawyer but he has not yet gotten back to me and I was just wondering what anyone thought on this, because I need to know NOW I hate waiting. Are they going to make a big fuss over this you think. Thanks for any replies!
