Income Question

I am a stay at home mom to my daughter, and have been since Aug. 2003 I am engaged and living with her father whom assumes all of our living expenses.
Hawaii, where I reside, does not allow common law marriages. We share NO debts, and I do not want him to be responsible for mine.
My question is...Will my trustee "understand" that my living expenses are assumed, but my bills are not? I have not incurred new debts in the two years I've been with my fiance, and have not made significant payments towards them.

I am in the same situation and I am going through bankruptcy now. My fiance pays everything but the credit cards that I had before we got together. I have a lawyer and we told him the situation and he is fine with it. I have not went to court yet, but my Lawyer has said nothing to me about this hurting my case.

That's good to know... I'm going to go ahead and file... On my Statement of Income I've listed "My fiance and my daughter's father has assumed any neccessary living expenses" on "Other"

Well good luck Im scared too, My meeting is on the 28th so you will have to tell me how it goes!! But many people have told me not to be scared, so don't be scared ha ha yeah right!
