Default Judgment questions

My husband and I filed for BK and the last thing the trustee was waiting for was to see how much, if any, he wanted from our tax return. When the return came we needed the money for rent and living expenses. About 2 months later the trustee wanted $2200.00 of the tax return. We were unable to turn this over to the trustee. First he filed a "Complaint to Revoke Discharge" and then a "Motion for Default Judgement. This was granted. We thought this meant we would be considered as not having gone BK. Although our credit report shows that we filed BK but no date of discharge. So what is our legal status? Will the court post something on the credit report about the Default Judgement? Will this negatively or positively affect our credit report?
