Frozen Assets ( PLEASE HELP!!!! )
How fast can your bank accounts be unfrozen when you start the bankruptcy process? I just had my account frozen on 3/10/05 and I am going to speak to a bankruptcy counselor today to start the process. How long after that happens can I get my money out of my bank accounts? Can I have them write a letter to the people who are holding my accounts and have them relinquish the hold?
